got me feelin like
as a proud southernian (yah just made that term up), this ep really resonates.
the production got that twang to it, and it fits nicely with gabriel’s smooth but raspy vocals. they experiment with a lot of different flavors of r&b, soul, hiphop—making this ep a nice tasting platter for what’s to come and a surefire treat for anyone unfamiliar with the sounds of southern soul.
